FAQ

Do we get to eat?!
Yes, students generally either eat what they cook in class or are able to take what they make home. Keep in mind that you will probably be eating near the conclusion of class and that what you eat will depend on the specific type of class you take. Classes that focus on baking will generally focus on making one item in a series of different ways, whereas classes offered at dinner times will generally be designed as balanced meals that go well together.
What should I bring to class and what should I wear?
Closed-toed shoes are required. Please wear comfortable shoes, as you will be standing for the majority of the class. Aprons are provided for each student. You are also welcome to bring water bottles.
What is provided?
Coffee, tea, and water are provided complementary. Wine and Beer (for the 21+ crowd) are available for purchase and responsible consumption during most classes. You will also get recipes or guides to the recipes to take home with you after class.
How long are classes?

Classes are 2-2.5 hours long, unless otherwise noted.
